What do you bring to the table?
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree with a focus on HR, or comparable qualification
  • Initial to several years of professional experience in human resources, ideally in an HR administration or assistant role
  • Sound knowledge of personnel administration, and ideally also knowledge of labor law and social security
  • Proficient in MS Office and a high affinity for IT, ideally with initial experience using the ERP system "Odoo"
  • Independent, structured, and efficient work style with a strong service orientation
  • Fluent German (at least C1 level, written and spoken), as well as very good English skills
  • Willingness to be personally present in our Singen office, possibility of working from home by arrangement
Your responsibilities:
  • Independent and service-oriented personnel administration from A to Z (e.g., creating employment contracts, certificates, maintaining employee master data, etc.)
  • Processing payroll in-house for our German and Swiss employees
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team in all personnel-related matters and projects
  • Actively participating in recruiting – from job postings and active sourcing to applicant management
  • Organizing and coordinating appointments, HR events, and university collaborations
  • Maintaining ERP systems, master data, and personnel files (digitally)
